I personally still prefer to strap a can of "Red Bull" to his back like a Jetpack! As the slogan says, "Red Bull gives you wings!"

You could also of course give him shoes and put little wings on his shoes to represent flight.
Or go the more comical approach and give him tiny cherub wings. Something that couldn't possibly work but would be funny to think about.

The combination of chariots and skirmishers worked wonderfully for me. Bestigors to clean up and adh gor for added fun. Thus far, chariots have done zip for me. If they are not shot up turn one (or two) when the do hit the lines they don't really do much. My gave vs dwarfs it managed 3 dead in the first round and then did one more kill until the end of the game. I think I'm going to drop chariots all together for now. Ungor Raiders have not done a lot, but they have been handy to just be annoying, distracting, and to get flank bonus. Harpies on the other hand have been amazing! I have been running just one unit of 5 and they have taken out one war machine every game (normally turn 2) and then ready for more after. I'm still learning how to use beastmen chaff though. Admittedly, when I used to play, I never really used any chaff at all.

... (if only I could find crow like wings that are the size of the DP wings or so...) ... There's a lot of options out there! There's the Griffon wings from the IoB box, the old metal Lord of Change had feathered wings of appropriate size. If you want enormous wings there's the Phoenix, Lord of Change, Empire Griffon, and Magnus the Red. (I'm sure there's more) Awesome, thanks! I completely forgot about the Lord of Change, those are exactly what I'd like to do. Griffon one could be interesting too.
