So I wanted to run a massive Skarsnik themed Night Goblin army that would resemble what we read about him.
Here's my start.
Lords Skarsnik - 275 Night Goblin Warboss (Armor of Destiny, Great Weapon, Dragonbane Gem, Crown of Command) - 151 Night Goblin Great Shaman (Lv4, Talisman of Preservation, Earthing Rod) - 245
Heroes Night Goblin Big Boss (BSB, Gambler's Armor, Shield) - 77 Goblin Big Boss (Gigantic Spider, Glittering Scales, Shield, Spear) - 104 Night Goblin Shaman (Lv2, Dispel Scroll) - 110
Core 50 Night Goblins (FC, Netters, 3 Fanatics) - 300 40 Night Goblins (FC, Netters, 2 Fanatics) - 245 25 Night Goblins (FC, 2 Fanatics, Short Bows) - 155 25 Night Goblins (FC, 2 Fanatics, Short Bows) - 155 6 Goblin Wolf Riders (Musician, Shields, Spears) - 82 6 Goblin Wolf Riders (Musician, Shields, Spears) - 82 6 Goblin Wolf Riders (Musician, Shields, Spears) - 82
Special 2 Goblin Wolf Chariots - 100 2 Goblin Wolf Chariots - 100 3 Goblin Spear Chukkas - 105 6 Snotlings - 180 6 Snotlings - 180 9 Trolls - 315
Rare Arachnarok Spider - 290 2 Goblin Rock Lobbers - 170 Doom Diver Catapult - 80 3 Mangler Squigs - 195 Giant (Warpaint) - 220
Total: 3998
What do you guys think?

Looks good to me, perhaps swap the snotlings for some squigs?

You need snotlings so the Goblins have someone to bully! 😉

Unfortunately, I dont have any Squigs. You can be sure that I'd include then if I did! But in over a decade of playing this game, I have never once come across what I've considered a "good deal" for little balls of pewter with a face mashed into them. I am in no way going to pay $25 for three Squigs and two Night Goblins. I'd have to spend over $250 for just one unit of 30 Squigs. That's not worth it in my mind.
I've been waiting and watching for a model company to develop a good proxy option, but I haven't seen anything close to good. I've even considered learning how to use 3D software, like Freeform, to design and print my own models.

I feel the same mottdon. The squig price is absolutely ridiculous.

Yes they are one of those wtf really? units with regards to the cost. They are also so basic if I couldn't pick them up off ebay for a reasonable price (and didn't already have them) I would probably just grab some knock offs.

What about some snitling pump wagons? Rules wise they seem pretty cool

Again, I don't have any, but even if I did, they're competing for a Rare slot and I have another Giant that I'd love to fit in first.

Why the giant? We tried him twice and he's less useful than a snotling champion.

Those are squigs. What's the use of the big man? Has he ever killed anything? Was he ever not shot down round one?

That's why you should bring TWO! Lol. One to catch the cannon balls, the other to throw them back!
