Just a super quick report, didn't take too many pictures. 2500 point battle 8th Edition Fantasy/Chillhammer rules. I had no idea at all how this would turn out. I played the dragon side which features all the currently painted Warhammer Fantasy dragons I own. To bump them up to match the Aliens/Tyranids army of 2500 points I included a Carnosaur which fits the reptilian dragon theme. I opted the try and dominate my right flank sending all 3 of my Dragon Lords that way hoping to eliminate the toxicrene early (see Expansion section for Toxicrene rules). The Chaos and Zombie Dragon were left to face the fearsome Barbed Heirodule (650 points) and Hive Tyrant (500 points). I ended up killing the Toxicrene for little in the way of losses, meanwhile the Carnosaur was shot down and Chaos Dragon killed by the Heirodule but not before causing 4 wounds in close combat. I successfully dominated the right flank killing the Toxicrene and Peng Peng as well when he charged in. Malekith put aside his emnity for Prince Imrik cooperated with the High Elf lord with shades of Drizzt Do'Urden and Artemis Entreri working together causing destruction for their alien foes. Prince Imrik slew the Blue Horror before the multilimbed beast could even mount any offence. Battle was called after the Barbed Heirodule lost its final wound (of 8) to zombie dragon breath of all things leaving just the Hive Tyrant surviving from the Alien invasion. Victory to team Dragon!

No, no, no! We DON'T want GW to have anymore ideas about blending Fantasy and 40K together! Next thing you know, they'll say that Eldar discovered a planet inhabited entirely by dragons that can fly through space! Ugh! Lol!
