Oooh the 4th Legendary Lord was created by CA (and I assume signed off by GW) Controversial

Not sure how, this is far from the first licensed GW game to have an original non-GW designed character.

It is the first in TW, and one where there are other existing possibilities.
Doesn't bother me

Ok, that's cool. Hopefully Forgeworld does a Harkon or Noctilus model.
I enjoyed seeing the Colossus

Oh bah, now my laptop is struggling to play TW:W, the screen keeps flickering. I need to sort that out before getting the DLC.

They look alright, they have done with them what they could really. I am glad they are in the game to add more variety, they are not exactly top of my list in terms of factions I will play a full campaign with though. I will pick up the DLC to support the game though and for completeness

I love the Bret character, a Court Singer seems to fit their lore well, and the fact she can summon knights that even in death serve their liege seems super fitting too.
Too much hype for this DLC

The several classes of giant crabs are cool, though I'd have liked to see other sea monsters that are more established in the WFB universe (e.g. Merwyrms, Kharibdysses) make an appearance before them. (I know there's a giant Merwyrm in the background of the Vampire Coast storyline, but no actual unit for battles as far as I'm aware.) Also, Lokhir Fellheart. I hope they don't decide they've done enough pirates for the game.
Also, I seem to remember Aranessa Saltspike being on the side of "order". I don't have my Dreadfleet book to hand, but I didn't think she associated with the undead - she feels a bit wedged in.
Those little niggles aside, all looks good.

excellent news about the bloodlines. I struggled playing the vamps the first time round, they just didn’t grab me but this definitely will make me give them a second go.
