My favorite elf character has always been Eltharion.
You can imagine the thoughts running through my head when Nagash ended...

I agree Eltharion is an amazing character and he was just destroyed with no effort. At least he wasn't completely changed and he stayed true, he at least had that going for him.

The blind swordmaster Eltharion was a great book series, my favorite version of him by far. I still have those books somewhere in storage, I should dig them up and reread them.

I wasn't aware until now that the blind swordsman Eltharion had a book series. Such a cool character and miniature. -----------Eltharion is one of my fav WFB characters. There is not a book series of Eltharion, but their is a series of short stories. The original Bill King story of Eltharion (where he becomes Warden of Yvresse and defeats Grom's Goblins) was printed in WD, as well as the 4th and 5th edition High Elf army books. During 6th edition, the Elven War progressed through a series of stories that appears in WD, as well as both the 6th edition Dark Elf and High Elf book. Eltharion encounters Malekith in a great story that appears in the 6th edition Dark Elf book. Malekith defeats him and has him tortured. After Eltharion is broken and blinded, Malekith sends him back to Ulthuan as a warning to those who oppose him. In the 6th edition High Elf books, we learn of Eltharion's recovered and training as a sword master. The stories also continued in the Darkblade comic book. At one point, Eltharion faces Malekith again, and wounds him and forces him to retreat. It was significant because according to the story, Malekith had not been wounded by a enemy in thousands of years. I did like Eltharion's death in the End Times. He had one of the most heroic deaths and singled handedly almost prevented Nagash's rebirth. I thought is was pretty badass.
