These look amazing! They three could make fabulous big bosses on wolves.
Fingers crossed for a goblin wolf rider army !

Those are some nice models!
If I didn't already have some I would be getting them as hobgoblin wolf riders for my chaos dwarf army

They are described as being leaner, meaner, and more muscular than the Night Goblins, but they are still described as 'Goblins' and not 'hobgrots' or whatever the IP safe version would be. I'm assuming they're a direct update of the Goblin Wolf Riders kit. They do look very good, nice to see at least one O&G kit brought back from oblivion. This is true, but GW have seen fit to retain their fur hats that gave them that Mongol edge to their aesthetic, and the original lore of Hobgoblins, which was never realised as a full separate faction in Fantasy, would make a good piece of lore to build an AoS faction around. I’m certainly pleased to see these chaps coming back, as it means that if GW are willing to resurrect one kit, they may well bring more back afterwards. Furthermore, it makes me think that GW specifically got rid of the ordinary Goblin kits because they were so old (they dated from around 6th Edition I think), not necessarily because they were too much of a stock fantasy race. The regular Orcs, on the other hand, are less likely to return because they were relatively newer and fit this reasoning a lot less well. Therefore, I’m estimating that this will be a Goblin-only faction, with lore similar to the premise of Hobgoblins where they are roaming across the land on their wolves, killing, pillaging and looting, especially as the emblem of the warband doesn’t look particularly crude or gobliny - much more like the Japanese sun emblem for example.

Again, HARD PASS. That harvester thing looks like a Bone Abomb. I mean, c'mon, you can't be trying AT ALL to come up with something as "out-of-the-norm" and distasteful as that. Just off the top of my head I immediately came up with around 15 different ways that they could've made it better. And I wasn't even TRYING. Perhaps more like a Boner Abomb....

That crotch collector looks a lot like the skaven Stormfiends. Do not want. Tomb Kings these are not. Khalazid the Eternal turns his back on these distasteful minis. Indeed. A far cry from my beloved Tomb Kings. Settra does not serve...

Those wolfboyz look good, they will certainly make a good addition to my army. I'm glad they kept the style familiar to the old kit.
Cheers, WGG

I think they'd do nicely as a sub for Oghlah Khans Wolfboyz if they do a decent command!

Nice Wolf Rider Warlords! I'll definitely get a box of those! That's what I'm talkin' about! This is EXACTLY the kind of thing they NEED to be producing! Don't overthink it and try to re-invent the wheel. Just go with what EVERYONE wants and expects!
Finally a home run for GW!

Their Underworlds thing is launching next week (not with the wolf riders yet, sadly) - just the main box for the "Beastgrave" lot (the mediocre beastmen models we saw before, plus the terrible "what have you done to wood elves?" lot). www.warhammer-community.com/2019/09/15/coming-soon-beastgrave-awaits/There's also this pack of odd scenery bits:

I mean... they're okay I suppose. If you really have nothing else you want to spend your money on. One could pass for a *small* charnel pit I suppose. Idol of Gork maybe. They could be stretched for purposeful meaning...I guess.

If Gotrek has been re-released, does this mean a new Felix model as well?!

Ugh. Of course he's a Sigmarine. It's the only way he could've made it over to the AoS universe. Besides, it's another way GW can push the Sigmarine thing. Especially since they're getting rid of all things Empire.
