I just bought some new colors from Vallejo.
Vallejo Metal Colors. Suppose to be the next version of the metal air colors.

*hangs head* EBay attacked me and I defended myself with buying Sixth Ed Empire command and artillery sprues. So psyched, both mint on their sprues!!!
I had been so good for a while, thought I had shaken off the habit...... stupid plastic crack!

Welcome! Will you be building that Gyro as the bomber or copter? I have not yet decided that. I currently have about 5K of painted Dwarfs - two Copters (one Finecast, one plastic) and one Bomber. So I'm torn between going to a flight of 3 Copters or evening it up at 2 of each. Decisions, decisions! Jim |

I just need the bloody rain to give me a break so I can start a mass of undercoating. It feels like it hasn’t stopped for the last 2 months. Still the missies is away this weekend so I’m wondering if I can get away with doing it in the house...

A well-taped cardboard box, lots of newspaper, and remove anything that might hold the smell of paint, and you should be able to get away with it (e.g. fabrics). Bathrooms are the best place for it (assuming they're not carpeted) as you can use a cloth to wipe down any tiles that get some stray paint on them.
I did some a week or so ago, and only confessed to my wife after a few days - as she hadn't noticed by then, she couldn't get angry!

My wife cannot stand the rattle can smell no matter where I spray!! Now I use my airbrush with vallejo primer and I have no issues!!

Lol Emm got me an Iwata for my birthday and a sylvaneth start collecting box for my woodelves... this is her using the Iwata to paint her new sylvaneth tree lord... 😕😂  |

Really! Does that work well? How noisy is it? And how long do you have to keep it running? I use this too, but I have the version with lights. It’s noisy when I run it to control the overspray. Again, using my airbrush, I encounter no smell. |
