I’ve just ordered some mounted sergeants-at-arms, from fire forge to use as mounted yeomen. They do sell another option in the mounted sergeants but I liked the mix and match weaponry in the one I ordered. Both boxes come with 12 mounted models, perfect for two units. I was tempted with also getting the foot sergeants box as alternative men at arms, as it comes with 48 models but I’m still not convinced I’ll ever run them, so held off for the minute. fireforge-games.com/men-at-arms/15-sergeants-at-arms.html

For my yeoman i used the horses from the albion knights/tenplar knights box set with spares from the men at arms foot sprues. I think you made a good choice here as they will fit in great to a bret army

For the past few months I have been building up a Bretonnian army. I didn't want to take out a 2nd mortgage so I am using a lot of alternative models. I did break down and splurge when I found a complete set of Bertrand the Brigand, Hugo le Petit and Gui le Gros. And they didn't cost me an arm & a leg either 😁

I’ve always had a penchant for a Bretonnian army but the only option I’ve had is Ebay which is a) super expensive and b) it doesn’t even have everything.

I started (for the most part) a bret army about 10ish months ago (humble shout out to my bret painting posts in the painting section). I was patient as i could be and kept looking for good deals on bret stuff on ebay, substituted my peasants with fireforge minis, and convereted when i could. I find that since the lockdowns and the announcement of the old world by GW it has been tougher to find deals but they do pop up, just be ready to pull the trigger.

I stumbled on the by chance the seller had them mislabeled. There was only me and one other bidder. A truly good find. If you don't mind using alternative models you can build Bretonnians on the cheap. The bulk of my army is made from Battle Masters and Lionheart boardgames with some bits and conversions thrown in.

Our club has just reopened but has strictly limited numbers and no terrain/mats available so i decided to buy a mat off a company. Annoyingly the one I want didn’t come on neoprene so I went for cloth instead (I preferred that to pvc).
I also ordered up the Willy Miniatures imperial halfling Bloodbowl team.

Ebay splurge! Finally the new Lord of Change is mine! Also picked up some broken and mangled wood elf models to fix up.
