There was a time when I regretted getting all the ET books and felt royally ripped off - mostly because of how GW handled the end of WHF and how poor the overarchign story was. Luckily I got over it: by making up my own head canon in which the End Times never actually happened, being only the crazy scribblings in some mad wizards library (a bit like the real ET books). Now I consider them a cool addition to 8th edition in terms of scenarios, rules and "ways to play the game" - like a toolbox with lots of options, none of them necessary.
ANYWAY!
Picked up two sets of the Mines Of Moria terrain yesterday. Great for generic fantasy terrain, and Dwarfs in particular. I had underestimated how big some of those pieces are, really good stuff! That's a good state of mind to be in on it. |

I picked up a old goblin shaman on a gigantic spider ( and since I'm starting 40k I picked up 6 killa kans and 2 deff dreads)

High elves 8th book. No interest in starting another discontinued army, but want to eventually get all the 8th books (missing daemons, wood elves, Lizardmen & dwarfs)
Endless spells, the stormcast eternals. This gives me a model for a comet of casandora, a tornado type spell (flamestorm perhaps) and a piece of scenery (the disk thing)
A Carnosaur, not that im going to start lizardmen, just want a feral carnosaur for scenarios (might even pick up the other lizardmen monsters or maybe a papo dinosaur?). I already have a stegadon but i converted it long ago to represent a beastmen chariot (either razorgor or ramhorn)

I couldn't take the pressure... Saw a Thundertusk with an 8th edition base on Ebay for a good price... Bought it... At least now I definitely have enough of them (2) for my army...
