Hello, hope everyone is well in these crazy times. I am just going to put up my efforts at painting an Beastman army here, not to show off as I can just about paint passably (still a novice!), but because this is my first attempt at painting an army (since playing from the early 90s!). I have stopped buying painted ebay models and wanted to attempt to make a cohesive army of the nutcase Beastmen. Now, usually I'd be a dwarf player, but the last year has seen me amass a horde of these guys (which I use with 7th edition rules - my apologies!) I have found that painting really relaxes me after a hard day's work (and have pretty much stopped gaming on the pc and x-box) - though unfortunately I really only paint at night from about 10.30pm to midnight due to work and family.
I have been posting a few pictures on a Warhammer page on Facebook, but I thought perhaps people wanted to see my progress and could perhaps offer tips etc with their own expertise to help me improve! Please forgive the poor quality pictures.
So to begin with my first 1990s monpose figure. I was happy with him and hopefully you can see some improvement over time! I started painting this army on the 1st August.
Sorry for the broken images, I have posted new ones below all this mess!

Please forgive the poor quality pictures. I'm looking forward to following your progress here! This is a MUCH better place to log your progress than Facebook. In Facebook-land, your old posts get lost to time. Here, it's super-easy to look back and see what you've done. Plus, the community here is ACE!

The weird thing for me: I could see the first two pictures when they were posted for about three minutes or so - great looking oldschool Beastmen! An hour later all pictures were gone.
As for image hosting: I never had any big issues with Imgur, so would recommend them!

Here is the Beastlord, Bullgrox Goreheart: And a champion: And my current progress in this second unit: I have 6 left to finish of this 25 gor group (can't find my pictures of the standard bearer, but I really like this model and you can see him here!). Anyway, I hope they aren't too bad, really enjoying painting them. Cheers for looking. Things to work on (apart from everything really, heh) - prepping the models to rid them of mold lines - really noticeable this close (not so bad from table - eye distance!)

Hmm, these images are really massive, so my apologies for that, not sure how to shrink them to a normal size that doesn't make them so darn ugly! (Though they are Beastmen I suppose!)
