knoffles will do a better photo tomorrow. But it's more high density than the ones with small white fluffy balls that gets everywhere.

Normal foam? Anything special about it? Not the card foam (or whatever the proper name is). Sorry if these are obvious questions (expect a lot 😀) and on my phone so difficult to see the photo in closeup resolution. Its probably the same foam I use for my projects. It is XPS foam and its used for insulation. You can get it at most home improvement stores. It comes in various thicknesses and is fairly cheep stuff. I pay 18$ for a 4' x 8' sheet that is 1" thick. Great stuff.

Glued it with PVA glue and try to compress it down to not curve/bend too much.

Awesome. Those hot foam cutters are marvelous! Like slicing butter!

I am bit concerned about warping, even with all that mythical weight. That corrugated cardboard is the worst in my experience. Compared to the price of Tabletop goodies and foam cutter, decent thickness plastic card shouldn't have been a significant expense. But, good luck to you, hope it works out.

Heard plasticard warps a lot too so then only thing left is wood and that takes up too much time to get and saw 😊

It's rigid

Added some sand and small stones and tried to seal with PVA/water mix.

Base coated back. The white dots are from me dropping it upside down.

strut...do you work? Seriously all the games you play and the projects you're working on and the PROGRESS you're making on everything is putting the rest of us to shame When I grow up I want to be just like you.
