Wow. GW going "all-in" on their new High Elves! Big Cow Mtn, then Flying Foxes and now Goat Panther mounts. Really going for the full barnyard gamut.
They are beautiful though. This might mean a Phase 3 for my commission too! š

Damn there's some good stuff there. I might get that Bolt Thrower for my High Elves. The three bow strings are less out of place on that, and it's a cool model. The elf BSB could work for WFB, but I have one already - I don't feel a particular need to get that one. The Wight King is absolutely amazing. One of the best models I've seen from GW in years. I need that. Puts my converted one to shame There are apparently more skeletal undead on their way. Savage Orc warband - I want, despite their lack of claws. The Shaman in particular is cool. Cursed City I am 100% getting. Heroes look cool, except for the dwarf, which doesn't interest me. I can make use of much of the rest. Bats and undead rats are non-goofy looking.Zombie Ogres (!) will be good unit fillers in a zombie unit. There's enough Skeletons there to be the start of another skeleton warrior unit. Zombies... not sure on having their coffins/gravestones attached. I think that could have worked on some of them, but not all. The Varghulf is excellent. The rest of the bad guys are pretty cool, including the Kislevite vampire boss.

Aaaand one final reveal (though they didn't have a picture of the whole model) - there's a new Belakor model coming.
It'd better be good. The original is the best Daemon Prince model GW ever made. Its only shortcoming these days is its size.

The wight king looks amazing, also hopefully they'll sell the witch hunter model separately i'd probably pick that up

I agree Sedge. I'm totally getting a box of Cursed City. (Maybe two, depending on price.) Everything in it looks great to me. The Dwarf is the biggest stretch, but he could probably work as an Engineer. The Merc Ogre is amazing! Lots of original, yet not outlandish, content - like the zombie Ogres.

The cursed city stuff is very cool.
The new Elf Swordmasters are really awesome. They would fit into WFB.
I'm surprised how often they update AOS army books, the Elf book came out last year and this year there is a brand new one...

Damn it I'd JUST bought the old varghulf, at least the wight king looks great so I won't need to convert my own. It's been a while since I've been excited about new releases.

I was thinking the same thing. Between the cursed city, the eight king and the new underworlds vampire set Iām definitely going to be making some purchases

Yeah, VC is one of the few armies I haven't collected yet, but with all of these new models... probably not far off for me.

I always wanted them to do this with the 7th edition Skaven book. It didn't need an update in terms of a new army list and rules, as the Skaven play really well in 8th, but making a hard cover 8th edition book with updates for them would have been nice.

This is the elf BSB without helmet: I wish there were an alternativ without helmets for all models.

Wight King baby!
Huge releases.
I like the Zen waterfall garden paint job they have done.

Some really nice miniatures were previewed and particularly like the Lumineth bolt thrower and BSB. Although think the BSB is too large to really be practical gaming wise but as a painting piece could be a very nice miniature to paint up.
