It's a cool looking model, though I'm not sure how you could use it for fantasy. The wraiths on either side would allow you to mod the Vampire Counts Cairn Wraith unit rules to include a proper command group of musician and standard, which could make it a more viable choice.
The model on the left looks like it may be a decent base for converting a Hellsteed for a Vampire to fly around on. The model on the right is the one speculated to be an Old World character brought back - possibly Khalida or Isabella.

I am excited to get the new boxed set. Splitting it with someone else to get the Stormcast bits. Listed to GW's official Stormcast Podcast for AoS (episode 2) it's interesting how they very consciously wanted to have the new AoS magic echo back to 8th ed spells.

It's not bad. Maybe as a unit filler or for bits. I like the banner, even though it is somewhat limited to one army. I'm always on the lookout for banners that can translate across various armies. I still have to find one that can top the O&G BSB banner. So versitile!

The blacked out character on the left looks like Heinrich Kemmler.

Didn't he convert to Chaos in the End Times, though? So I suppose all's forgiven?

The ghosts and other spectral units could fit the Army of Cairns of Kemmler that came out in a WD during 6th ed. -------YES!! I was thinking the same thing. Time to revised that army list for 8th edition!! Spirit hosts as core, wraith units as special. No vampiric units (except for black Coach and characters) , wolves, bats, or ghouls/horrors allowed.

I could definitely see that character on the Demigryph to translate as a General/Captain mounted on Demigryph. Obviously, you'd need to use another rider, but that could totally work.
