Dazzling Display of Debauchery" The Centurions attack with such lust and perversion, combining bloody sword stokes with depraved movements and gestures, that opponents can not help but be appalled. If that unit already has the "Always Strikes Last" rule, they are treated as having -1 WS instead. 3). Sinful Songs of Slaanesh
Any unit of Centurions of Depravity that contains a unit Musician gains +1 I as long as it contains a Musician. **Note: First round of combat is treated exactly like "first round" for hatred. i.e. whatever rule or errata or house rule you use for Hatred, use the same here. I think we normally play it as: [1] First round of total combat. Meaning, if the Centurions of Depravity are engaged with a unit of spearmen, fight 3 rounds, and the get charged by a unit of swordsmen while still engaged against the spearmen - then the Centurions of Depravity do not give the "Always Strikes Last" rule to the swordsmen. But, [2] say that the Centurions of Depravity fight the spearmen and break them in combat, they pursue, and they overrun into the swordsmen. This is a fresh combat and YES, the Dazzling Display of Debauchery would kick in and would give the "Always Strikes Last" rule to the swordsmen. Make sense? Points = 55 points/ea Thoughts???

My thought is this is very cool. Do they have shields? You note a 2+ armor save but they are noted as having chaos armor (4+) and a +1 bonus from shoulder pads. So this would be 3+. As their weapon is noted as a sword I am guessing they have shields and it just is not listed. Regarding the shoulder pads, my initial reaction is that chaos armor already represents full armored protection inclusive of add on armor like helmets, shoulder pads, etc. This is why you get a 4+ armor save from full plate, chaos armor and gromril as opposed to the 5+ of heavy armor. So I feel like the shoulder pads are already factored into the 4+ and should not provide an additional bonus. Besides that I like the rules.

Also what unit selection were you thinking for these? Probably special? Maybe rare?

Dan, yes they do have shields.
And wait until you see the shoulder pads.... they're large and magnificent, worthy of an extra pip of armor

Putrid Blightkings come in at WS6 so perhaps a Slaanesh variant should be at least 6 and maybe even 7? They lose a pip of Toughness in comparison which seems right

I just couldn't justify giving these rank and file broheims the same skill as a Dwarf Lord. Like, this average jabroni is as good with a sword as the best dwarf that ever dwarf'ed? I couldn't make the case.

I think 35 points for that is quite cheap but I like both sets of rules

I agree. 35 points is way too cheap. Ushtabi and Kroxigor cost 50 points a piece and are no where near that good.

40 points then? I was comparing them to Nurgle Blightkings. Also remember Monstrous infantry is better - they get stomp (and can't be stomped themselves) and can fit with 3 Attacks in rear ranks.

Yes I would put them in that sort of bracket. A standard Troll comes in at 35 but with the benefits you mention (as well as some drawbacks). I think the unit you both have created is pretty similar to a Blightking just with a Slaanesh flavour

Yeah, I think 40 would be better. A similar comparison might be Terradons and Ripperdactyls. 35 and 40 points respectively and similar units, but fulfilling a completely different role.
I might even make their Ensorcelled Weapons have Flaming Attacks as well.
