Hello to you all! Lurker here that has finally decided to join in the fun! I am the Lord of Skull Pass, although members of other forums may know me by one of my other aliases - Lustria Online forumites will know me as Lord Agragax of Lunaxoatl, Phaerons from Necrontyr Online will remember me as Mithihotep the Indomitable, fellow cerebrates of the Hive Mind recognise me as Snaekhar Venomblood and other backstabbers/Skaven players from the UnderEmpire may have caught a glimpse of me as Cluny the Second. I have already seen a couple of familiar faces around here, and look forward to engaging in friendly conversation with you and others on here that I do not already know. I have been playing Warhammer Fantasy since I was 10 during the 7th Edition era (hence my name - I got into the hobby through Battle for Skull Pass, arguably the best GW boxed game that ever existed) and have amassed armies of Dwarfs, Lizardmen, Greenskins, High Elves and Skaven that I still continue to work on despite the best attempts of GW to silence WFB's legacy with such abominations as 'round bases'. I am also a keen player of 40K (5th and 6th Edition mind - the best editions of that game that has sadly turned to the Dark Side), having a very large army of Tyranids and slightly smaller armies of Necrons and Orks, and I also have a substantial quantity of Middle Earth minis from various armies, although I mostly play with my Dwarfs (surprise surprise). I look forward to delving into the archives of ancient wisdom this noble forum has amassed over the years! Welcome! Which WFB army is your focus at the moment? Would love to see photos in the painting logs section.

I look forward to delving into the archives of ancient wisdom this noble forum has amassed over the years! Welcome! Which WFB army is your focus at the moment? Would love to see photos in the painting logs section. Thank you! I have a vast multitude of kits I haven't made yet for several of my armies (the result of foraging around in various Warhammer shops around southern Britain for kits still with square bases as GW don't make them anymore - and my time at University isn't helping because I haven't had time to do any Warhammering at all since the beginning of October, but this should be the last year now). I'm currently working on some more Saurus Warriors for my Lizardmen (originally just had 16 Saurus with spears but have built another box's worth with hand weapons and added some old 5th Edition ones I'd salvaged from various locations), with the following stuff still in my backlog: - One of the last boxes of High Elf Spearmen ever made before GW stopped making them
- A box of Eternal Guard I'm also going to paint up as High Elves for some more Spearmen
- A box of Ironbreakers for my Dwarfs
- A box of Black Orcs for my Greenskins (already have 10 made but got another 10 to build to give a dirty great unit of 20)
- A load of old Night Goblins (most of them from the kit before the current one but some come from the 4th Edition boxed game) that I managed to rescue from a local hobby shop, along with some sprues from the old kit that I can use to arm those who haven't got any weapons yet
- One of the last sets of Modular Movement Trays ever made before GW also stopped making them
What's more, this is all in addition to my projects for 40K and other games (including my scratch-built Necromunda terrain all made out of the wonderful stuff known as cardboard). I certainly still have a lot to keep me busy, and I will certainly start a painting blog at some point - I've still got some of the pics of minis previously painted that I've shown on Lustria Online, so I'll put them up for starters.

Sorry, triple post - not sure what the rules on here are for double or triple posting, but Proboards makes it difficult to quote multiple posts at the same time.

We don’t have any rules but KevinC is our guide for the light in the dark times of AoS. I think if you just try your own best at making readable comments/threads (my spelling is horrible...) most will fly. We are all just happy with all comments and posts added to the forum.

Southern Britain sounds promising! There's quite a few of us on EEFL either in the London area, Essex and I think a couple on the south coast too.

Lol, not much really. It's just something my Dad would suggest when I was a kid, every time I complained about being hungry. It kinda became a thing for us. Now, I use that with my kids (much to the chorus of "EEEEEEWWWWW!")
