Oh yes, I have yet to have any problems. Not been too long but i have not seen ny of them lift or anything. I use Tamiya´s masking tape. The glue is kinda mild but it stays there. Then I cover it with one of GW´s texture paints. Probably more clever ways to do it. One buddy uses filler but I was too lazy. If you buy masking tape, you could always buy the ones for outdoor work, that glue is stronger. But Tamiya´s or similar is nice to mask on models, maybe not these, but neat ones..  it does not lift most paints (you can lift a bit of metal ones - like Alclad, especially their high shines of course - don´t think you should mask much on those..) |

A nice find! A local store had one of these left.. You can always make your own and there are others - but this pack is good.. gave me 2x 5x4 for the two Boyz mobs, 6x4 for the Black orcs and I will cut out 8x5 for the night Gobbos with spears, 8x5 for the squigs and 10x for the night Gobbo archers from the other.. Dice for the coming rock lobbas..  |

 Filled up with 4 Netters and another six wiv´spears.. Was a bit.. Tired of it so low effort. But the lot looks alright from 3-4 feet.. I´ll fix the tray too, of course, later..

Black Orc big boss depends on paint job and how they size up with regular black orcs?
40k nobz aren't that massive, if they are decently bigger than black orc champ, with a darker paint job the great axe dudes would make good black orcs.

The Nob is slightly taller. Quite a bit beefire than boyz as well, I like their stance that is more.. Straight? Yeah, paintjob, gubbiz.. One can always go the GW route I guess and do like that actual metal Black orc Bigboss from 7th was it? But making your own he can stand out a bit..  I might pick up Badruk ´eadsplitta. Used to have that model, one of my favs.. But I made one almost identical from the plastic so depends on how much he is I do have enough heroes without using these earmarked for Mordheim though.. |

Ah thanks. A shitty job but tabletop quality? But thanks. I´ll see if i can get a better pic at some point, on some tabletop.. Speed-painted up the three replacements.. 40k bodies with spear-arms, shield arms.. The next step is of course to add 5-10.. And replace the standard, it falls over and even broke when i carried the tay back to the cabinet. Annoying. But I have a good plan for it. The plastic BSB will take over at some point and I will make another BSB. The current standard bearer will get a spear..
It is a good enough job for me, but i hope to do some better details in the future.. Right now this is base colours and Agrax..

They fell together nice and easy.. Bad angle, that gap between the legs, body and head is exacerbated in the pic. it looks nice when painted.. I noticed here.. Npt sure how I would fill that ina good way, don´t think i can, anyways.. Like filling ina butt crease, no, not right.. Now, how did I paint the first ones? lol..

The 40k bodies work well with the shields and fantasy weapons. I'd never know they weren't 100% fantasy models. |

Yeah right? Those have more WFB in the unit though, but those three last ones are all 40k. I moved most 40k bodies to my two choppa mob, yet to be painted (most are stripped Mordheim orcs though, so i have used them for "Fantasy") Filled up with 10 more squigs, but no more herders yet (no bases). Some details to do and they eyes aren´t painted for example.. But table-top standard?  |

Yeah I feel it is time as well.. I´ll check with those local dudes again, as soon as the Spider Riders are done - which should, could be this week.. I just don´t have any good way to transport them yet! Might be toilet paper and shoe boxes until I fix that.. But dice, ranger rules etc, I do have.. |
