Here's the plan for EEFL@DaBoyz2017: Friday: Storm of Magic Saturday: EEFL Escalation Tournament (500, 1000, 2000, 2500) Scenarios will be provided by EEFL (some will be recycled from the Escalation at Just Games) Sunday: Open 8th edition gaming and Dark Tidings Campaign meetup. Note that the tournament part of the event will be all done on Saturday. This allows those with limited time to get a full tourney experience in a day. Anyone who travels will be able to have tourney plus more relaxed pickup battles on Sunday. I support this!! Sounds great.

Not that it means much, but my vote is for either 8th edition WFB, or 9th Age 1.1 (Anything 1.3 and on is a whole different game)
Please let me know as registration opens, I'm very interested in attending. (Possibly bringing a couple guys with me from Columbus.)

We are doing it all 8th Edition plan as detailed in this thread earlier
9th Age 2 day tournament Age of Sigmar 2 day tournament 40K 2 day tournament 40K 1 day doubles tournament Blood Bowl
And hopefully Xwing and Warmachine if all goes as planned.
Registration is sort of waiting for dust to settle once new 40K rules are released. If 40K is going to take some time to figure out a tournament rules set. I might open registration early for the Fantasy side. Get your hotel now as rooms will go quick once registration opens (unless you are staying with your buddy.)

I'm assuming that the 8th edition event is straight out of the book rules and no End Times shenanigans?

KevinC and Rich Salamone make the calls on composition rules. I'll defer to them to answer that.

Registration is now open for Da Boyz GT. Rules are up on the website www.daboyzgt.com and here on the EEFL forum. eefl.freeforums.net/thread/575/boyz-2017-events-army-listsRemember you HAVE to register via a paypal payment (you can't just post here) on the Da Boyz website. Space between our systems is allocated on a first come first served basis. You can't wait until the last minute. I would greatly appreciate it if people could work help with advertising on various forums / twitter/ facebook groups you may be part of. Even if you can't come if you think you can reach people who might be able to come please put the word out. Twitter users follow me @khornelord #DaBoyzGT retweets and likes help push it in other peoples feeds. Please do so. (I haven't formally announced on twitter yet as I am waiting for 40K rules to be up before doing so.) Gary

I still like the idea of releasing the scenarious so folks who can't make it in person can have an EEFL get together day in their home towns.

How 100% is the 8th edition participation?
I'm willing to help spread the word, however I can, and am in for attendance provided no issues.
