Yes Coleman is the rulesmaster and will defer to him. See first post for what is published about rules so far.

Gary - is Kevin KevinC the 8th Edition Rules Master? If so, what units would be allowed for the 8th edition escalatino tourney? I am assuming: Anything published on this here forum? i.e. Tomb King Scorpion Chariots - Y or N? i.e. Beastmen Tzaangor SkyFires - Y or N? etc. -------Yes and Yes.

10 8th ed fantasy 20 9th Age 24 AoS 96 40K 44 or so doubles 40K 6 xwing 11 blood Bowl 3 so far for the various demos I believe.
Didn't double check the registration file but that's about right. The fact I can I believe recite these numbers off my head tells you how hard I've been working on this. 2-3 hours a day every day for at least 6 weeks. Previously 1 hour a day for six months I think.
Of those numbers roughly 20-22 were people who we had to juggle space/tables and people to get in after they tried to register after registration was closed on 11/1. Big thanks for the EEFL guys for getting their registrations in early! Much much much less work. To make this work I had one guy (Chris O'Brien) who volunteered to be switched to whatever Fantasy event I needed him in. I switched him no less then ten times over the last week to get even numbers.

Hey Da Boyz attendees.
I'm looking for 32 and 40 mm round bases. Happy to trade square bases for them or pay cash. Let me know if you have them. Really need 32's I think.

10 8th ed fantasy 20 9th Age 24 AoS ... Wow! 54 people want to play Warhammer Fantasy Battles. But, a schism in the format results in 3 smaller events. It would be great if all 50 of us could just play ONE event. ONE format to rule them all and in the darkness bind them. Obv, EEFL is the Ring of Power.

Here's the plan for EEFL@DaBoyz2017: Friday: Storm of Magic Saturday: EEFL Escalation Tournament (500, 1000, 2000, 2500) Scenarios will be provided by EEFL (some will be recycled from the Escalation at Just Games) Sunday: Open 8th edition gaming and Dark Tidings Campaign meetup. Note that the tournament part of the event will be all done on Saturday. This allows those with limited time to get a full tourney experience in a day. Anyone who travels will be able to have tourney plus more relaxed pickup battles on Sunday. Is this still up to date? I thought we shuffled STORM OF MAGIC to Sunday... Mental notes, can't recall 100% either way... Please help. Need to 100% current Gospel.
