Cross-legged mage could be good with a head swap. The rest of it is appropriately high elfy, and has the correct levels of haughty detachment.
The veiled face is interesting, though I bet that's a pain to paint. The standard at the bottom is a bit meh.

Whats up with the stupid horns?

I think the horns are actually supposed to form a crescent moon.
I have to admit, it's all growing on me. While I would probably heavily modify most of it to fit my HE army, I'm digging the overall aesthetic. I think what has REALLY won me over is the choice of color palette. I may just have to come back to my army and update them in these colors!
The girl with the vale....wow. Everyone needs to take a moment to go back and really LOOK at that pic. Look at the detail. The eyebrows, eyelashes, skin tone (that's not just flesh color with a wash applied!), the crown Laurel (look at how many highlight colors are just in that!), etc. Now realize just how small that is and how steady your hand would have to be to paint at that scale.....wow.
I'm sorely tempted to get that Teclis model. Not for Teclis, but for the Griffon. I have some spare Deathclaw bits that I'd love to use, and (depending on scale) could look amazing on that body. Teclis himself, could be stuck on a flight rod, given a 20mm square base and boom! You now have an Old World Teclis. (The crescent moon might need a bit of modification.)
I like the mage. Head swap, yes, but the rest is totally useable. The super-thin connection point where his seat meets the rock, concerns me though. True to HE form though.
The archers look good. Not sure I'd want to buy, what, 3? boxes of them though. Especially at GW's current pricing.
The banner's okay. Doesn't bother me, but nothing to write home about.

I'm very impressed with the High Elf Archers 2.0 for the most part, much better than the older multipart ones with the pansy hairdos, but the one thing that bugs me is that they have multiple bowstrings - I would love to know what lore excuse GW come up with for that, because it just doesn't look practical to me at the moment.

I’m sure that with how aos works they’ll make new rules for the new archers with the new bows, but for old world flavor I’d like to think that it is just some of that classic high elf everything you can do, I can do better- and at that, to the point where it actually hinders them and requires actual decades of extra training time for their most basic of entry level footsoldier

Lol, I thought about that myself, when I was looking them over. I thought, "Maybe for added strength of shot? But that would make the draw nearly impossible for a S3 High Elf." As with most things HE, I'm sure it has something to do with magic. Lol.

Yeah, breakage seems to always be a huge problem for HE finery.

I like the new archers and the dark elf miniatures. I am still a bit lukewarm on the cross-legged mage, though now I that I see the whole miniature and the fact that the mage is sitting atop some kind of floating obelisk, I may give it a shot.

The witches look compressed into small dwarfs, wonder if it’s the photo. Otherwise they are shorter then the current witches.
Not sold on the high elves esthetic. Think the work of making the pose look dynamic/moving made then look very static. It’s like they are wearing cardboard cloth. Hate the hats and really hate all the stupid extra large horns.
Hats reminds me of the 70/80 carton of berries, not sure name.
