I thought I'd ask for a consensus as my friend said "the new model is on 100x150,so you should use the latest release", which I would normally agree with - however, it's the only Armybook dragon on that base, and it seems silly for a dead version of one of them to be so much bigger haha.

I mean if you use the new model it should go on the big base imo. Otherwise whatever

Any one have any thought on base sizes for doomdivers?
I'm pretty flexible with bases usually, but the problem is I have a a couple of the old versions and one of the newer bit war machine sized. I did consider basing them all on large bases and filling the smaller ones up with multiples, but looking though my box looks like I only have multiple slingshots and only one remaining diver, so not enough to base filled and looking good.
I could just use the original sized bases for each of them but I'm not sure if that would just end up looking/playing messy.

I don't think the actual machine itself matters all that much, mainly just the goblin who you use as the template

Whatever base you want really - if it looks good to you, use it Mine are the latest Doomdivers, & I've put them on 75mm Round bases:

Well it's a big book, probably using it without a base would be easier? Hehe.
In AoS it's on the same base size as Chaos War Mammoth and the Dread Saurian - 280x210mm rounds.

Does anyway know the base size for Tamurkhan? Originally, it did not have a base - or rather, it came with 4 small terrain pieces, one for each foot.

The original Tamurkhan came with a scenic base shaped in a rectangle/square.

Well, on its release, pictures did show it on a base, but there was no base included in the package, at least not according to the Warhammer Forge Catalogue 2011.

According to this old Warseer thread, one local Warhammer Shop had the model on a 150x150mm, and another apparently on 200x200mm.

Here is the content of the original package (2011), with no base but 4 pieces of terrain: I guess you can just squeeze it on a 140x140mm base, as a minimum minimorum. So, the 150x150mm the Warhammer shop used sounds about right.

FvonSigmaringen, thanks for all the info. I'm thinking 150x150 mm seems correct.

What do you all reckon would be the minimum and maximum sizes for a Doom Diver Catapult base? I plan to scratch-build one for my Greenskins so I can start playing 'Angry Grotz'

Warmachine sizes are all over the place in WFB. Anything from a 40 x 40mm up to a 100 x 50mm chariot base would fit in with the size of other warmachines. I wouldn't worry too much about consistency, as there's a complete lack of it already - go with what fits best with what you plan to put together. If I were scratch-building one, I'd probably aim for it to fit these bases: www.tinyworlds.co.uk/movement-trays/20mm-base/artillery-movement-tray
