Welcome! Your story is much like mine, and I too enjoy painting and posting pics of what I'm working on! While I don't play Skaven, a good friend of mine does and I'll paint up the occasional rat for him, so I can really appreciate that army! Looking forward to seeing your stuff!
My armies: Empire, Dwarfs, High Elves, Wood Elves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen, Skaven, Tomb Kings, Ogre Kingdoms, Orcs and Goblins, and Skitarii (40K).
Hi all, came over from a post on Warseer. From the Lehigh Valley PA. Started playing WHFB in 4th during college, though I had been collecting WH figures since around the mid '80s as a kid. Really dislike what GW has done with the game, and intend to stick with 8th for as long as I can...
My name is Travis. Have been playing Fantasy since the end of 5th edition. I live in Northern British Columbia (Canada). My gaming group is a very solid group of 12 friends. We host 3 to 4 Fantasy tournaments a year at our local Rogue Trader Store. Look forward to hanging out on this forum for awhile to come as our group only plays 8th edition Fantasy.

Welcome Poz. My group (the founders of this site) are a group similar in size to yours. We are based in New York. Our group has 2 serious dwarf players and mottdon has posted some cool dwarves on here as well. Let's see your armies in the gallery.
Check out the painting logs for my various armies:
My name is Rafael. I have played for about five years. I live in Bakersfield, CA, and have a painted High Elves army and am working on a Vampire Counts army. I love the Warhammer world and the game, and am always eager to meet new players, discuss Warhammer, or just paint and model. I don't have a regular gaming group, but I try to get a few games in a year, even if it means driving a couple hours!
